The housing is compression-molded from cast aluminum alloy, featuring a compact structure, an aesthetically pleasing appearance, and a powder-coated finish. The reflector utilizes a parabolic design, ensuring high reflectivity and excellent illumination performance. Reliable sealing structures are incorporated at all mating surfaces, utilizing high-temperature and aging-resistant silicone rubber gaskets to achieve an IP65 ingress protection rating. The emergency power supply consists of a maintenance-free nickel-cadmium battery pack; it charges automatically under normal power conditions and switches to battery power-automatically illuminating the light-during a power failure or outage. The unit features automatic emergency switching as well as over-discharge and over-charge protection, with a rapid emergency switchover time (≤0.25s or ≤0.3s). The controller supports a monthly inspection function, automatically discharging once a month and reverting to mains power after maintaining emergency operation for 120 seconds; it also supports an annual inspection function, automatically switching from mains power to emergency mode once a year and continuing until discharge is complete, followed by an automatic return to mains power.
Various installation methods are available, including wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, pendant-mounted, guardrail-mounted, and flange-mounted configurations; wiring can be routed via steel conduit or cable. Test buttons and indicator lights can be configured according to user requirements.
