SD High Luminous Efficiency LED Tunnel Flood Light
SAHUNG SD Series High Luminous Efficiency LED Tunnel Flood Light is a modular high-power industrial lighting solution specially developed for highway tunnels, underground passages, mining zones, large warehouses, logistics parks and other harsh-environment engineering projects. It adopts fin & module cross ventilation heat dissipation structure, IP65 sealed die-cast aluminum housing and multi-brand optional drivers, delivering outstanding heat dissipation, stable luminous output and excellent waterproof & dustproof performance for long-time continuous operation.
The luminaire utilizes innovative fin and module cross-ventilated heat dissipation design. Smooth air convection effectively lowers the operating temperature of LED chips, solves heat accumulation problems, suppresses light attenuation and extends the whole fixture service life.
Equipped with well-known brand LED chips, light bead brands can be customized according to customer tender and project requirements. The lamp features uniform illumination, high brightness, instant startup and low lumen depreciation. Multiple beam angles are optional: 60°, 90°(default), 120°, to satisfy diverse tunnel lighting layout and light distribution demands.
Whole light achieves IP65 waterproof & dustproof rating, built with 6KV surge protection. Reliable sealing structure resists rainwater, dust and humid surroundings, adapting to underground and outdoor harsh working conditions. The sturdy mounting bracket supports 180° angle adjustment, allowing flexible adjustment of lighting direction during installation.
Available power options: 50W, 100W, 150W, 200W, 250W, 300W. Color temperature customizable within 2700K~6500K, CRI ≥Ra80. Widely applied for highway tunnels, underpasses, mine sites, port terminals, factory workshops and large storage lighting.
