LED Course High Mast Flood Light 400W
SAHUNG QCB Series LED Course High Mast Flood Light features a modular design that simplifies power configuration, transportation, storage and on-site installation for sports court and high-pole lighting projects. The 1-3 module combination structure allows users to select 100W, 200W, 300W or 400W power levels according to actual lighting requirements, which makes it easier to match different court sizes, pole heights and project budgets. For distributors and engineering contractors, this modular approach can reduce inventory pressure while still covering multiple application scenarios.
Each module adopts die-cast aluminum alloy housing with fin-type radiator, which provides uniform heat dissipation and helps maintain stable operating temperature. The integrated IP66 waterproof and dust-proof structure, together with 4KV-6KV anti-surge protection, ensures reliable outdoor performance even in rainy, dusty and lightning-prone environments. The 180° rotatable adjustable mounting bracket allows installers to adjust the lighting direction after the fixture is fixed, which is especially useful for high-pole installation and large-area venue alignment.
This High Mast Flood Light is equipped with famous brand LED chips for low light decay and long service life. The anti-dazzling PC lens optimizes light distribution and reduces glare, while an optional light shield can be added for stricter glare control. Multiple beam angles including 20°, 40° and 60° are available, and color temperature can be customized from 2700K to 6500K. With a power factor of ≥0.95 and luminous efficiency of 140-160LM/W, the QCB series is suitable for sports courts, stadiums, high-pole lighting projects and large outdoor venues.
